Meet Akshada
Akshada Anikhindi is a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, NLP Master Practitioner . She is both a trauma-informed and a queer affirmative practitioner , creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all. Akshada specializes in relationship counselling, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, self-worth, and executive coaching.

Her approach? It’s deeply rooted in narrative practices and a strengths-based philosophy. She works alongside her clients, helping them reframe their stories, uncover their inner strengths, and create personal strategies to meet their goals. In her sessions, she integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including inner child healing and age regression, to support her clients' deeper healing journeys. Every session with Akshada is designed to be a safe haven for self-exploration, healing, and emotional balance.

But life for Akshada wasn’t always about therapy. In her past life, she was a Chartered Accountant working in the corporate world—finance was her thing. That was until 2018 when she struggled with her mental health and went on her own healing journey. In the midst of quitting her corporate job during the pandemic, she discovered that her true calling was in helping others heal too. And that’s when everything changed. She realized that healing is an ongoing journey, not a destination, and decided to make the most of this newfound purpose.

What brings Akshada joy? Beyond therapy, Akshada is a lover of travel, and the proud dog mom of Maya, whose cuddles are pure joy. While she loves coffee, she’s a chai person at heart and enjoys slow living, naps, and binge-watching series like Schitt's Creek, The Bear, and Only Murders in the Building.

The beauty of her work? “Every time one of my clients—whether in individual counselling, couples, family work, or retreats—experiences a breakthrough, I heal a little more too. It’s like finding a missing piece of the puzzle of my life.”
